
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, was named “Governor of the Year 2024” by ThisDay Newspaper and Arise Television, recognizing his fiscal prudence and commitment to infrastructure development.

The award, announced by ThisDay and Arise Media Group founder Prince Nduka Obaigbena, highlighted Governor Oborevwori’s remarkable achievement of governing for 18 months without incurring any new debt.
