A Nigerian police officer assigned to the #in Nasarawa, Nigeria, has died by suicide.
The officer, identified as Dogara Akolo-Moses, was reportedly on duty in Nasarawa Eggon when the incident occurred.
A witness stated that the officer went into a private room and shot himself. The sound of the gunshot alerted other officers who rushed to the scene and found him dead.
The reason for the officer’s actions remains unclear
