with a focus on overspeeding and red light offenses. Drivers caught exceeding the speed limit by the newly installed cameras will be fined N50,000, while those who run red lights will be fined N20,000.
The lagos state government has strategically placed and install high-definition cameras and real-time monitoring systems at strategic locations across the state to detect and deter traffic violations. These systems will serve as virtual traffic enforcement officers, ensuring that drivers adhere to road regulations even when physical officers are not present.
