
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has successfully trained and empowered thousands of young people across Delta State through the MORE Information Communication Technology Youth Empowerment Program (ICT-YEP). The government recently concluded a three-month intensive training for 300 youths, providing them with digital gadgets, including laptops and solar installation kits.
